The Picture Archive Council of America (PACA), held its 12th Annual International Conference recently in Las Vegas, NV. Stock art agencies, portals and image producers, from all over the world, participated in this annual networking event.
Among the many discussion and round tables during the event the prevailing concern was that time efficiency is very important for art buyers.
